Refund policy

Every product sold here is a digital file that is delivered immediately after payment. Once a file has been downloaded it cannot be returned, so sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind or for having bought the wrong guide.

When we will refund you

We will refund in full, no argument, if:

• you were charged more than once for the same guide;
• the file you received is corrupt, incomplete, or is not the guide you paid for, and we cannot fix it;
• you were never able to download the file and we could not get a working link to you.

Before you ask for a refund

Most problems are a broken or expired link, and those we can fix in minutes. Download links are good for 72 hours and up to five downloads. If yours has run out, reply to your receipt email and we will send a fresh one — that is not a refund situation.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where that law gives you a right to cancel or to a refund, that right applies regardless of what is written here.
